To stimulate collaborative research, the ESPN provides scientific grants for projects with the aim of improving the treatment of children with kidney diseases in Europe. Our programme of research grants began in 2014, with 5 grants awarded to 5 teams of researchers with a total value of 72,000 € . We aim to hold an annual call for grants for a total sum of approximately 30,000 € . Successful grant applications are announced at the annual ESPN congress and researchers are invited to present their findings at the congress. All posters and publications sponsored by ESPN grants will acknowledge funding on all research output.
