Case: A 4 year old girl was found to have a renal mass on an ultrasound scan after an episode of urine infection.  She was previously fit and well. There is no family history renal disease or any cystic disorders.  Abdominal CT confirmed a multi-cystic mass in the external part of the left kidney with little vascularization and some calcifications. Also two lung lesions were shown on CT (inferior and upper left lung).
Normal urine analyses and normal renal function.
